The Sanctuary, which redefines opulence and elegance, is the first master community from Ellington Properties, one of Dubai's leading developers. The project is located in District 11 of the prestigious MBR City, which is home to many natural areas with lush green spaces. To personalize your residence, you can choose from 2 different design schemes. It is worth noting that the 4- and 5-bedroom villas will have 3 floors, while the 6-bedroom houses will have 4 floors. Selected floor plans will feature a multipurpose room that can be converted into an additional bedroom/gym.

The second cluster, which will be released in August 2023, is called The Lakeshore and comprises 38 villas with 4 or 5 bedrooms. The villas consist of 3 floors and feature a swimming pool, elevator, terrace, and garden. The villas come in 2 types: The Cascade Villas and The Garden Villas.

Each unit features open-plan living and dining areas grouped around a stunning open-air courtyard, creating a sense of harmony.
