The property

Fairway Villas is a high-end project by Emaar Properties in the thriving Emaar South area of Dubai South. In the first phase, which begins in 2022, only 49 villas with three and four bedrooms and a total living area of 3,260 sq ft and 3,410 sq ft, respectively, will be available for purchase. In July 2023, the developer released the continuation of the second phase of the project with 3-4 bedroom villas and 4-bedroom golf suites. The size of the homes ranges from 2,990 sq. ft. to 3,882 sq. ft. The golf suites feature a study and a 600 sq. ft. golf lounge with a pantry.
