According to Omniyat, this project on Palm Jumeirah will include 17 suspended palaces with a unique and innovative architectural character. The company stated that the development units will "reshape" the real estate development industry along with the luxury market in Dubai.

It is OMNIYAT's second project on Palm Jumeirah, following the remarkable One at Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection and Dubai. This world-renowned real estate project is an engineering marvel, offering a range of luxury properties designed to unparalleled architectural standards by the world's best engineers. The project was sold entirely to foreign investors, breaking the record for the sale of the three most exclusive and expensive Projects in Dubai for a total of over AED 260 million.

For the first time in the world and in Dubai, drones were used to showcase an architectural 3D design and characterize the luxury above the Pal, Jumeriah City Sky. The 500 drones managed by Dorchester Collection flew over 120 m above the ground and captivated the eyes of residents and guests of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah Beach.
