The property

Eywa is a new, ultra-luxurious complex from European boutique developer R.Evolution. The building has a unique design inspired by the Tree of Life and will be located in Business Bay. There will be 48 incredible residences: 46 apartments with 2-5 bedrooms and 2 exclusive penthouses. The total area of the apartments will range from 3,068 m² to 16,254 m². These fantastic apartments will offer views of the Burj Khalifa.

The concept of the complex is based on proximity to nature and the architectural principles of Vastu Shastra: state-of-the-art technology combined with ancient teachings. Throughout the building, there will be 162 crystals distributed to harmonize the space and generate positive energy. Other architectural features of the project include a canopy made of branches and round columns.
