The property

Located on the popular Palm Jumeirah, Ocean House is a 9-story ultra-luxury complex by Ellington Properties featuring a bespoke collection of 88 designer units. It is the boutique real estate company's third and final project on the palm-shaped island and is being developed in collaboration with SOL Properties, a real estate arm of the Bhatia Group, and the world's third-best architectural firm, Northacre, a subsidiary of Dubai-based SHUAA Capital. The architectural concept of Ocean House pays homage to the flowing movements of the ocean with soft shadows and intricate structures.

The elite project will comprise a collection of extravagant single and double apartments with two bedrooms, double apartments with three to four bedrooms, and duplex apartments with two to four bedrooms, with floor plans ranging from 1,642 m² to 9,917 m². Those who opt for more comfort and luxury can purchase one of the three super-elite apartments, namely a 6-bedroom presidential suite with two sides and a minimum size of 11,770 m², as well as two 5-bedroom penthouses with corner sides and a size of either 14,037 m² or 14,369 m².

The bespoke interiors of all apartments will be designed by the award-winning Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), a team of architects, designers, and contractors based in Copenhagen, New York, London, Barcelona, and Shenzhen.
The premium apartments will feature natural woods and clean travertine tones, representing the ultimate expression of luxury.

The properties at Ocean House will be delivered unfurnished, giving you the opportunity to furnish your home according to your own needs and desires.
