The property

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the first project worldwide by the renowned French luxury car brand Bugatti. Binghatti Properties, one of Dubai's leading developers, is the creator of the complex. The future landmark in the thriving Business Bay district will consist of two towers, each with 52 floors (4B+G+1P+45+R).

The architectural concept of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti skillfully combines craftsmanship with Bugatti's impeccable heritage. The contours of the project's exterior will be reminiscent of the waves of the Côte d'Azur beaches and the dunes of Dubai.

The superlative complex will house 182 branded apartments with 2 to 4 bedrooms and sizes ranging from 1,750 m² to 14,881 m².
