VELA VIENTO is a luxury residential project by OMNIYAT in Marasi Bay, Business Bay. The superlative two-tower complex is managed by the world-renowned boutique hotel brand Dorchester Collection, which has been in operation since 1989. The brand owns and manages nine hotels in France, the US, the UK, and Italy.
