The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION consists of four low-rise towers with a total of 165 luxurious 2- to 4-bedroom apartments with full service, ranging in size from 134 to 223 square meters and featuring ceiling heights of 3 to 4 meters.

With Dubai Beach EDITION and The Residences, interior design firm Rockwell Group, inducted into Architectural Digest's AD100 Hall of Fame, continues its legacy in brand design, having previously designed New York EDITION and Riviera Maya EDITION on the Kanai. The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION is the only EDITION in the world with its own private beach. Ideally located on Dubai Harbour, each tower is only 50 meters high and spans 9 floors. The radial shape was designed to optimize privacy, promote natural light, and offer panoramic views of the adjacent beach, yacht club, and harbor. The spacious ground floor apartments feature private, landscaped gardens with plunge pools, while the penthouses on the top floor feature wraparound, private, landscaped terraces and 16-meter private pools.
