X11 is a residential project by BAMX Developments—a neighborhood defined by long-term planning, connectivity, and steady urban growth. Designed in response to its evolving surroundings, the project embodies a philosophy of mindful design that harmonizes architecture, the environment, and lifestyle to create a serene and forward-thinking living atmosphere. Located in a rapidly developing area with robust infrastructure and excellent accessibility, X11 is designed for residents who value clarity, balance, and thoughtful urban living.

The complex offers a wide range of lifestyle amenities integrated into daily life. Residents have access to an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi area, a children’s pool, and a sun deck, as well as a fully equipped fitness center, a yoga area, and sauna and steam rooms. Social and recreational areas include a rooftop café and bar, an outdoor lounge, a barbecue area, a games room, and an open-air cinema. The project also features green spaces, a children’s playground, secure resident parking, a spacious lobby, and dedicated pickup zones—all designed to promote comfort, relaxation, and community life.

The interiors were created in collaboration with Belmore, a design studio rooted in Italian craftsmanship and inspired by Milanese aesthetics. The design approach emphasizes refined minimalism with carefully selected materials, balanced textures, and a subdued color palette that highlights light and spatial harmony. The finishes are executed with precision and consistency, creating serene, elegant living spaces where every detail serves a purpose. Kitchens and living areas follow the same philosophy of understated elegance, while the overall interior design concept reflects a cohesive, contemporary style grounded in quality and timeless design.
