The property

The Yas Golf Collection project opened in 2022. The resort community is located on Yas Island and consists of mid-rise residential complexes. A total of five clusters with 1,062 residential units are to be built here. The developer, Aldar Properties, has announced that the project will be completed by 2025.

The first phase of the development is represented by Souq Furnished Apartments. It consists of four buildings in traditional style. Characteristic features include classic courtyards and small covered balconies.

Souq Furnished Apartments offers furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. Unfurnished two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments are also available. Facilities include a staff room.

The apartment sizes at Souq Furnished Apartments range from 452 to 2,981 square meters. Potential buyers can choose the color palette of the interior design according to their personal preferences.

The buildings will have views of the Yas Links golf course, the sea, and the mangroves, and the complex is equipped with smart home systems.

In the first quarter of 2023, Aldar Properties released the second phase of the Yas Golf Collection, called Yas Golf Collection Views. The latest phase offers 122 fully furnished studios and 1- to 3-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 463 to 3,003 square meters. The apartments feature 3 different views, including Yas Links, sea view, and garden view. These apartments are designed for Airbnb, which is perfect for those looking to generate passive income.

The community has excellent leisure and sports facilities. There are swimming pools, well-maintained gardens, and fitness centers, as well as walking and jogging trails around the buildings. For children, there are outdoor playgrounds and playrooms inside the buildings.
