We are looking for someone like you—a dedicated and reliable back office assistant (m/f/d) who will support our team and contribute to the smooth running of our administrative processes.
- Tasks
- You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as data management, correspondence, and scheduling.
- You will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- You will coordinate internal processes and act as the interface to other departments.
- Maintaining and updating databases and electronic systems will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Organizing meetings, events, and business trips will also fall within your remit.
- Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in an administrative role would be an advantage.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- You are characterized by your structured way of working and your organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you.
- Reliability and discretion in handling confidential information are important to you.
